Image Source: Freepik It's 2025, and yet some companies still run like it's 1925. People sitting in silence, heads down, working like robots. No conversations. No collaboration. No laughter. Because talking—yes, even friendly and productive talking is seen as "not working." Honestly, no one thrives in a culture where silence is seen as productivity and collaboration is punished! I have seen teams performing brilliantly, supporting each other, helping each other grow, and genuinely enjoying working together. Their output? High-quality. Their deadlines? Met. But still, they’re treated like school kids for being "too friendly"—scolded for chatting, told to "focus," made to feel like culture is a threat to productivity. Companies should stop managing employees like machines. They are not robots—they are your biggest asset. 🙏
